LOVE to see scientific data backing this up! If you compared Cascade to a white trailer park, maybe so....but I highly doubt there is any data out there that shows these problems are less prominent in black neighborhoods than white ones across the board.

ok lets say that more whites abuse
drugs, prescription drugs, and alcohol. That doesnt necessarily lead to crime and or violence in and of itself. Sure its damaging to yourself (and POSSIBLY others). And as far as the pedophilia thing thats just false.
