Default Relocating and need help/Advice

I am not single, but I came across this site browsing the internet and like it. I am married with three children 2 (11 old years) and 1 1/2 month son. I just finish my Bachelor degree in Human Service and Business management. My Husband doesn't have and degree, but is a professional carpenter and knows how to do everything in the house. Is job is located 1 hour from Henry County, so moving in is job is a no. I am also seeking employment there.

I like Laweranceville or Duluth are, it seem very uptownish like, but employment is something else. We were there last week interview for some crazy position which was a waste time and money, but that was my mistake.

I need help with employment and housing, daycare, school etc.

Please email me with any suggestions that you may have.

We are looking to relocate by December 2007

Default Condos In Vinings

Sorry About The Former Message.... Hand Slipped (duh... I Feel Just A Little Ignorant Right Now! And I'm Actually A Former University Instructor.)

I'm Really Interested In A Vinings Condo, Located Where I Can Walk To Jubilee (is That How It's Spelled? I've Been There Only Once For About 2 Hours.) I'm Moving From Florida By Myself. And I'm A Little Nervous. I Want To Make Sure That I Don't Decide On An Area Where Married Couples And Families Dominate The Scene. I Really Like The Concept Of Walking To Restaurants, Etc... A Village Ambiance...
And Being Only 10 Mins,. Or So From Downtown. My Price Range Is Between $250,000 - 300,000, Give Or Take A Couple Of Thousand.

Can Someone Tell Me Anything About The Population Ratio In Vinings? Are There Popular Restaurants /bars? Is There Anything Negative About The Area?
I Would Really Appreciate Help; I've Never Made A Major Move Without The Help Of Family.

Thank You In Advance.
Pegi

There is a good mix of singles and families in the Vinings area. There are a few new condo developments in the works right in Vinings. I'll have to drive by and catch the names. The other area you should check out is One Ivy Walk, also in Vinings but officially on the 'Smyrna' side. It's a John Wieland Development so i'm sure you can find info on the site. Very upscale live/work/play development. You'll enjoy Vinings. It's very quaint. I've yet to see another area in metro Atlanta that offers the same vibe.
