We are looking to buy into the Cobb County area for the Riverwood High School area. Does anyone have recommendations on where to look for foreclosures or short sales with that criteria or realtors people have used that they recommend. Harry Norman etc websites are not great for foreclosures from what I have seen.

Thanks in advance

Your biggest problem is that Riverwood High school is in Fulton County not Cobb. I am not sure there are many single family home foreclosures in that part of Sandy Springs.

Get in touch with a real estate agent (that represents buyers) and they can set the criteria in the Multiple Listing Service search to pull only foreclosures and short sales in the area and price range you're looking in.
