Totally agree. I also liked "on my mind" on the plate. Don't like Georgia over to the right. ok, I'm done

I like simple and plain license plates like what California has. Also, I like the old Georgia plates better than the new ones. It's too bad they couldn't have done something other than peaches.

Georgia's really up to eight character license plates already? I'm originally from California and we still only have seven! Wow.

This license plate is better than the plain Georgia plates that I occasionally see on the roads of Colorado!

I voted for the one that had the state of Georgia in the center of the plate.

Heh, that means when I get my truck rebuilt and painted black and gold, I can get a custom license plate for it that reads "SIXBURGH" without any abbreviation.

(I'll have to buy a new car first, though.)

So people are basing their view of what our state has to offer on our license plate design? How strange. Especially with better tools, like this here Internet, so readily available.....

I hate the new design. I blame Texas for starting us down the road to busier and busier license plates.

As for the current New York plates, I really like them. They have a simple, clean design and are really easy to read.

New Plate- Sux!
But I understand that you can get a "plain-ol'" plate also. I'm opting for "plain-ol'".

What's wrong with the plain plate- CA had the "black plate" for years- now there cherished. Especially if you have a classic car with the original "black plate".
NY had/has the "safety yellow" plate.
TX had a great simple plate for years- White background, black alpha/numeric characters and a small Texas state silhouette in the middle.
Maybe we should just go ahead a go with the barcode plate and be done with it!(?)

The new plate is horrible. I voted for the city background. Seemed like a much more progressive plate. I will keep my Falcons plate. They should make a special tag for metro Atlantans that don't want the rural design.
