Are there any parts of this area I need to stay away from?
I know all areas have a lower/bad end. Maybe I should say, what parts of Peachtree city should I stay away from?

Looking at a house with an address of Shady Lawn, but it doesn't pull up anything else on mapquest. I was hoping that meant it was super new, LOL.

Anyone know???

To give you an idea of what I am interested in so far, Suwanee and Kennesaw. Is Peachtree City like these 2 areas as far as suburban driving soccer mommies, kid/family friendly, etc... You know, the too good to be true areas.

PTC is the epitome of that! Very nice place to live, just a little more costly than the other 2. If I had to choose out of the 3 I would pick it. Kennesaw is just getting way too overcrowded.

Peachtree city is more established than Suwanee and Kennesaw. Peachtree city is very popular with delta pilots and many people who work at airport. The traffic to downtown is probably shorter from south side than north side.
The downside is that there are not many malls and convenience on the southside.

Could the address that you are looking for be possibly Shady Creek Lane[/i] ? If so it is in a good section of Peachtree City. Honestly there are not many really bad areas here. The one that really is kind of rough is Wynmeade.
