How is life in historic collier hills? near ardmore circle? safety/crime?

My daughter lives just down the street from this address and loves it. It is a lovely neighborhood and you could not be more centrally located.

I lived in Colonial Homes apartments many years ago. Such a nice area and so well located. It feels more intown than further north in Buckhead does to me. The houses tend to be tiny though. Today I think it is perfectly safe (with the standard don't forget you are living in the city caveat).
