Hi, Looking for info/opinions on duplex communities in either Lawrenceville (Knightsbridge or Southgate) or in Snellville (Murrell or Lenora Church Rd area). Thanks!

I don't know about Knightsbridge or Southgate. I own some duplexes in Lawrenceville but haven't heard of these two. I do know about Lenora Church Road and the duplexes there some are nice and some of them are not. There is one duplex subdivision across from the park that are not bad, they seem to be in good shape. That area is being revitalized and if you rent it might not be a bad area to be in. It is convienant to Hwy 78 and all the stores and restuarants on Hwy 124....Bill

Thanks Bill, I've been researching about the places on Lenora Church Road and like that they are near the park (and not too far away from the police dept.). As for Lawrenceville, the communities are supposed to be off Hurricane Shoals Road and have street names like Downing St., Bristol Ct., Haygood Ct. Some company has bought a bunch of them and redoing the whole neighborhood.

I don't know about the Lawrenceville duplexes in particular, but I do know the Hurricane Shoals area. It's convenient to downtown Lawrenceville and the shopping on Highway 120 and 20. Several people are renovating their rental units in the city of because they will soon be near a newly revitalized downtown Lawrenceville. You can actually walk about 15 minutes to downtown from Hurricane Shoals. My guess is, the rent will increase when they finish their renovations. Just wanted to give you a heads up regarding that.
