Does anyone know of,or is familiar with this restuarant? does it come recommended??

Ecco - it is an okay restaurant. There are some hits as well as misses. The wine selection is pretty decent though.

Highly Recommend! Ask for Charles - he's amazing and highly entertaining! Great food, ambience, wine choices. The pork chop appetizer is to die for...very tender...same with the fried goat cheese.

I enjoyed my dinner at Ecco as well. And yes - the wine list is very impressive.
