As far as I'm aware Wal-Mart pretty much treats ALL of its people like crap. Not just ones in certain stores...But hey if you can get past that, more power to you!

More Wal-Mart stores are being closed early.

Is the clock ticking on 24-hour retail service?

The new "SuperCenter" store in Rockmart was open 24-hour a day for like one year before closing at 12AM.

I used to like the 24 hour schedule. It was the only time i would go to WM because it wouldnt be jam packed with people at 3am. however the people that go there during the night make the people who go there during the daytime seem like royalty.

Well I admit that I did shop there some too when I was in college.

There are times when people will put up with the bull**** to save a buck.

It's the economy stupid.....seriously, all retailers are adjusting to the reduced spend of the american economy. It's smart business to stay in business....believe me, if the buyers Juan, cameesha, and cletus were there in numbers big enough, they would be open.....no customers, no open....capiche?

They just funnel you to the busier hours and apparently it is working. The lines have never been longer, the smells stronger, and the lack of help more absent than ever before....
