Looking for a hotel in this area to stay with my 2 dogs. Would this be decent? LaQuinta 6260 Peachtree Dunwoody Atlanta Perimeter 30328

Would it be close to food and shops?

Thanks

YES! I live right next door to the hotel and the area is safe and beautiful.

You will be hard pressed to find an LQ that is in an unsafe area

I'm actually looking at getting an apartment next to the hotel. If you stay in Perimeter Park, are their any weirdos that live there? I heard there are a few in that complex.

Yes, it is in a very nice, safe area. There is a Costco and Publix within walking distance. There are also quite a few restaurants scattered around that area. Depending on how far you would want to walk Peremiter mall is close by. When I first moved down here I stayed in a hotel right by the LaQuinta and I walked to the mall one day and it's really not that bad of a walk but it is further away than Publix or Costco.

I do stay at Perimeter Park. And yes, there are some weirdos but not enough that you have to worry. Everyone that lives there is nice and friendly, IMO!

BTW, the apartment name will be changing due to new management.
