Fair enough. Atlanta is my home so I defend it furiously up here. There are even strip malls in parts of NYC like in Brooklyn and Queens. I make sure to point that out to folks here when they get too high and mighy. Happy new year to you too!

Are you joking? Have you ever been to Atlanta? Charlotte pales in comparsion to Atlanta. Charlotte might be the Queen City but Atlanta is the King. LOL

Fairlie Poplar represents the old street structure of Atlanta and it's very small. Not very many old buildings in it. Fairlie Poplar is more like the exception of Atlanta and not the rule.

How can you say there aren't very many old buildings in FP? With the exception of the GSU classroom building all the structures there are 50+ years old.

The library is less than 50 and I believe the Equitable building is as well.

Charlotte and Atlanta cannot be compared. Charlotte is better compared with Nashville. Atlanta sits with Houston, Dallas, and Miami.
