Happy New Year. Tho I live in New York, I was recently cleaning out my parents house (RIP to both of them) to prepare it to be sold. The house is in Woodstock just off route 92. None of the places I liked (Kayson's, Saigon Cafe) delivered when i called them and asked. Izumi didn't either tho their menu said they did.

Is it rare for food establishments in the Atlanta suburbs to have delivery service? Closer to the actual city of Atlanta would you find more places that deliver?

In Woodstock... i'd imagine there aren't many options considering how far out it is. But for me in Smyrna, when i'm being overly lazy or entertaining company I use these guys. Their service has been great for me so far. Hell they'll even do your grocery shopping lol

If you didn't have access to a car, you probably wouldn't live in Woodstock.

The only places that delivered in NJ were pizza and chinese restaurants, and most of them here in Cherokee County do that as well. I've never had a restaurant like Kaysons deliver when we lived in NV, NJ, or GA.

Not rare at all actually. Generally though it's typically pizza and Chinese food place that deliver, and that was the case in other parts of the country as well. You have the typical chain pizza joints like Papa John's and Dominos, and then you have other local places like Marietta Pizza Co., I'm sure in other parts of the metro there are similar places. We also have two or three local Chinese places that also deliver close to us.

Our office uses GoWaiter Restaurant Delivery= to do some of our lunchs at the office in Alpharetta, It not in woodstock,

But one thing I've done when on was on a long term biz contract. Is call in a order, (and pay in my amex) and then call for a cab to go pick it up.
