Well i am a fan of hers also, and she started working in Oct of 2010. How can someone who's only worked 1 year be on vacation for 2 weeks????????

There are many jobs out there, such as those in the public sector that pay out between 2-3 weeks of vacation a year starting out. Your job must really suck total monkey poo for you to even ask such a question.

That's unbelievable. I've never had a job with paid vacation. For us self-employed types, you don't work, you don't get paid.

It hasn't been a month. She was working earlier this month.
She could have had a medical issue.
She seems to be the chief meteorologist so no shock that she can take 2 or 3 weeks off air.
Ken Cook on FOX5 gets about 6-8 weeks a year but he has been there for almost 30 years now.
