Everyone has an opinion on what to do with other neighborhoods, its just the affluent neighborhoods got exactly what they wanted while the middle and working class neighborhoods have to suffer.

The Zeist Foundation is definitely a power player and has spent a ton of money on that area, as have other local philanthropies.

APS and Mary Lin, if you do the right thing here… you will sleep better at night. Sleep is important and a short won 'victory' this year based on shallow values will haunt you later. Or… at least I think it will……. maybe my neighbors do not have the conscience I think they do."
