Solution? Invest in a hybrid the next time you purchase a new car. 35 mpg is pretty good.

I bet half of these skyrocketing gas prices can be chalked up as little more than pure oil speculation, plain and simple. The free market dynamics of supply & demand have nothing to do with this current phenomena.

But the banking/finance merchants apparently run this country, so I guess anything more I have to say on this issue is pretty much moot.

We the citizens of the United States of America are surely a brainwashed people...oh well...

I don't see why people get all up in arms over gas prices. All your going to do is pay the prices. You have to. It's either pay the prices or walk.

There are ways to save. Shop at Kroger, and use Kroger points to get savings on gas at their pumps, for example. Some months I save 40-60 cents/gallon on one fill-up.
