Default Mableton Smyrna area
Hello all - I'm looking for some warehouse space to lease. I open shops for my company all over the country but this is a big market - too many places to look....



What streets/areas should I look at? I have a broker looking for me but I usually have better luck by just driving around.


My biggest challenge is always parking - need 20+ spaces and it's hard to find non retail space.

If you're just looking for warehouse space and don't mind going a little further West, there is an industrial park in Powder Springs just off of Florence Road near the intersection of Hwy 278 (Thornton Road). There are vacancy signs up and they have varied parking lots.
