I was looking at Homes.com and noticed alot of foreclosures in Ellenwood Ga. The homes looked really nice and were priced very low. We live in Ky right now, and would like to relocate to Georgia, is Ellenwood a nice community to live in?

That's because nobody in Ellenwood has internet. Instead, they write letters and mail them to City-Data.

Houses are definitely affordable in Ellenwood; Im guessing if you don't mind living 45mins from town then go for it. I've seen some really nice homes around the 120k price range. The homes that are in the 150k+ are amazing! So basically if you don't have children who are k-12 and you don't mind living far away from the city then shoot for it!
