Is it going to be called Parking Lot Park? Cause that's what it looks like from the renderings...

(I know it's called Revel)

We were in downtown Norcross the other day and it is looking sharp.

I really like those new houses they are building near the park.

Well, realize that the parking deck area you see is replacing an existing surface parking lot. And while adding almost a million square feet of retail and office space, and a hotel, the space still has a 13,000 seat arena, a large convention center, a a performing arts center to cater to. They shouldn't be losing 700 spots. I assume that parking deck is fronted with all of the restaurants and retail. Are there more renderings than the one in the link above? I didn't see any others. I'll look some more.

This looks pretty impressive to me. Yeah, there's a lot of parking but it's an event space.

The pond, which serves as a retention pond for the development, is already there. It's not a new part of the development to make it more urban.

Interesting how folks ridicule man-made lakes in Gwinnett but hail them as brilliant creations in the city of Atlanta.

Was just at Infinite Energy Center over the weekend for the home show. I noticed that the outside of the Hudgens Arts Center could stand to use a good power wash. Hopefully, that will be a part of this project.

You wouldn't mind citing one of these posts "hail[ing] them as brilliant creations in the city of Atlanta"?
