Decatur real estate
Currently residing in the Fort Lauderdale area and my partner and I are thinking on relocating to the Decatur area. I was told to look in the 30030 and 30033 zip code areas. Any suggestions or other gay friendly/ couple oriented areas one would recommend. Appreciate your feedback.

Decatur is lovely but quite expensive compared to property of equal size and age in Fl. I'd suggest you rent first to look around then purchase something outside the loop (285). It has a very nice town square with shops and lots of walking. Traffic is a bear, but if you like being in that area I guess you can put up with traffic. I have family living there, and have visited often.

Decatur is nice. Midtown, Ansley Park, Virginia Highlands...all very gay friendly areas to live. All very expensive places to live as well.
