I believe Goldsboro Park (tucked behind Freedom Park on Euclid) is full court.

Atlanta, GA Basketball Court: Goldsboro Park - Courts of the World

There's also a court at Candler Park.

Chastain Park has an indoor full court.

Also, the YMCA on Moores Mill has an indoor full court. (There are restrictions on when you can use more than half court.)

There is what was described to me as an outdoor full court in a park near Peachtree and Dresden in Brookhaven. I've never been there, but I'll try to find the name.

You'd think I like to play but really I just like to watch.

There is a full court in the public park in Home Park in midtown off of 10th St. There is also one in the neighborhood just north of Howell Mill Rd near where it intersects with I-75.
