Hi, I am just wondering how bad the commute would be each day from Alpharetta to a business near the Perimeter center? I would imagine the drive in would be around 7 AM and returning around 7 PM.
Thank you!

Which exit in Alpharetta? I do a reverse commute up to McFarland and see the southbound traffic tapping their brakes around Old Milton at 6:45 am. If you could bump up your am departure time to before 6:45, you'd have a cake walk down to the Perimeter. Leaving Perimeter at 7pm, you should have no problem up to Alpharetta. I'd estimate a 1/3 reduction in traffic right now simply because it's Summer and school is out.

I am doing a reverse commute north on 400 this week and last week, 4 days a week. 7 out of the 8 days, traffic has been at a stand still by 8:30. Not moving, parking lot conditions several of those days. From at least the Northridge exit up to at least Old Milton.

In the school year, when I do this same assignment, traffic seems backed up by 7:30 headed south.

Certainly doable, but leaving by 7 is probably key. Lots of people must clearly love living in N. Fulton/Forsyth, because the traffic headed into town in the morning is often horrid.
