that list made me LOL....Tampa, really? I've lived in Tampa and while there are many quite fashionable grannies, I find it hard to believe Tampa beat Miami...or anywhere in New Jersey. And Plano...what?

Atlanta has got to be #1 on the list of cities most obsessed with lists. If Atlanta was a teenage girl, it would have a Facebook account with 3000 self-photos (taken with a cellphone pointed at a bathroom mirror) with excessive makeup and ridiculous puckered-up lips (duck-face).
