Tomorrow is D-Day for Transportation in Metro ATL I PRAY by the end of this week We will be looking towards a brighter Future on Transit here. Albeit it isnt perfect but its a start..If we say No Tmorrow we will set ourselves back a Decade. Even if some of us dont Agree with all of the projects on this list Please Vote YES. Do it For our Children and our Grandchildren Folks...The World will be watching.

I'm voting no tomorrow and I don't think it will set us back a decade. Stop fear mongering.

My Fulton County "No" vote counts more than your "out of state" yes vote =)

It's going to be awesome to see how much crybabying happens on this board when the measure fails! I bet it's intense.

I'm voting no. But if it somehow miraculously passes, I will just support it the best I can and move on.

Youre Right..I am out of state but I care About this Becuase I have Family here as well...I hope Your kind of thinking dosent outshine Those of us who want a better less congested Way of life here in the metro
And if we keep voting NO Until evryone is Happy we will never accomplish anything...Its not "fear mongering" Its called the Hard Truth...at least 2 years before this comes again to voters means 2 years more of Traffic woes..Think how many more people will move to Metro Atlanta by July 31 2014???..Do you have a better soulution??? Even if only a thousand people (And thats an Gross understatement Obviously) ...Thats 1,000 more drivers on 285/75/85/400/Etc...You Really Dont see a problem With this Scenario?

Hey look!

Another thread on the same topic!

While I'm not voting for it, I won't be heartbroken if it does pass. The region does need something, but I just think we can do better than this project list.

Once this passes and the new projects start popping all over metro Atlanta, the naysayers will be bursting with pride, just like everyone else.

It's going to catalyze new growth and energy like we had in days gone by. It'll be great to watch the new announcements and congratulations start rolling in.

And to see our competition turn green with envy again, instead of laughing behind our backs. I'm excited that my final few decades in this town may be its greatest yet.

The naysayers are always more outspoken no matter what the issue is. I think it's going to be pretty close.

Don't forget to vote tomorrow everyone!

To me, the biggest difference is us naysayers don't think this is a good solution. But it seems that most of us will go ahead and support the projects and hope for the best if it does pass.

Can the boosters say the same?

If it fails, will you go back to the drawing board and try to come up with a better solution, or will you sit around and blame the no voters for whatever problems happen during the next 10 years?
