Lithia Springs is a very nice area, unless a lot has changed since i left a year ago.

We've driven by the little Lithia Springs "main street" business district on 78 several times, and it seems like a peaceful area. I could live there.
How large is Lithia Springs, anyway? Just the local area around that little business district? |

I don't think its all that big as far as I can tell. I know it extends about as far West as about the Lee Road exit on I-20. Going up Thornton Road toward Paulding Cty I believe it ends at about Bankhead Highway and going in the other direction it extends a few miles perhaps as you head towards Camp Creek Pkway. |

Your best options for that price range would be W. Cobb or Douglasville areas. They are relatively close and the schools are pretty good as well as getting a bit of house for your money. If you need assistance, let me know. I live in the Mableton area now and am very familiar with the areas.
