Default more about Peachtree middle and Dunwoody high

Can somebody give me more information about Peachtree middle school - the various academic, co-curricular and extracurricular activities available to students? Also, how good is the school in general in terms of opportunities for bright students?

Both schools are fine for bright students. I am not sure what you are asking. Where do you live now?

Check out Dunwoody High's website...

Dunwoody High School

Peachtree will have less extracurriculars, though this year the PTA is giving teachers a bonus to sponsor academically oriented after school clubs. (the school system gives athletic sponsors a stipend for coaching sports)

I live in the Vanderlyn, Peachtree, and Dunwoody high cluster. My child goes to Vanderlyn which has a very good reputation. I am wondering if we should stay in this area or move elsewhere since we do not know much about PMS and the rating is not all that good. If you know more about PCMS and DHS, please share the info. with us. I would like to know more about the extracurricular activities at PCMS.

Thanks!

Both the schools give tours -- why not make an appointment and take one. That is the best way to learn about the school.

Are you willing to move to N. Fulton or north to Gwinnett? Because you will have to move North to find a higher rated middle school?

Just like not everyone likes Vanderlyn, all schools don't appeal to all folks. You really need to visit Peachtree to learn more about it.
