It's a little curious they move their HQ here to take advantage of the airport, then locate their offices halfway to Chattanooga anyways (Forsyth has been mentioned).

Porsche has the right idea: locate your HQ near or at the airport, then take advantage of the minimal traffic and dirt-cheap housing on the southside.

That's a good point, but nowadays I don't think people consider it a big deal to drive 30-40 miles.

If you've got a nice car and can tune in some good talk radio or music, it's really not that bad.

This says they are looking at Central Perimeter and may hire up to 150 employees.

I heard they were going to build a 90 story tower at Five Points with high speed rail connections to Chattanooga. They will occupy the top floor and the first 6 floors will be upscale shopping, including a marquee Krystal/Apple store. The next 20 floors will be a Peninsula hotel and the rest will be luxury condos.

Between Waffle House and Krystal...NYC takes a backseat to Atlanta as a truly 24/7 city.
