It's a little curious they move their HQ here to take advantage of the airport, then locate their offices halfway to Chattanooga anyways (Forsyth has been mentioned).
Porsche has the right idea: locate your HQ near or at the airport, then take advantage of the minimal traffic and dirt-cheap housing on the southside.

That's a good point, but nowadays I don't think people consider it a big deal to drive 30-40 miles.
If you've got a nice car and can tune in some good talk radio or music, it's really not that bad.
I heard they were going to build a 90 story tower at Five Points with high speed rail connections to Chattanooga. They will occupy the top floor and the first 6 floors will be upscale shopping, including a marquee Krystal/Apple store. The next 20 floors will be a Peninsula hotel and the rest will be luxury condos.

thats great.. I work at the Krystals on Moreland when I was in high school. And yes it is the place to go after you leave the club
