It's Greg with ONE "G", and too late.

Read the first post for the topic, folks. Anything else gets booted.

Thank you!

I'm pretty interested in this renovation. Although I don't spend much time in the food court when I'm at Lenox, it's good to see that the lighting fixtures around the area are getting upgraded. Using natural light prominently will save money.

I'm glad to see that main entrance is getting upgraded too. I know ongoing construction to the actual road has hurt the entrance's appearance, but it should all be worthwhile. Nothing wrong with having a more modern look to mall's primary entrance.

i don't like what they did to the food court. i know it enhances the visibility for the tenants above the food court area, but it used to be so neat down there, it was like you were in a subway station in tokyo or something; it seems much smaller now and less impressive.

It's really about time in my opinion. The Cumberland Mall has already been renovated about five years back and in comparison, Lenox Square look depressing inside. Perimeter Center Mall also needs renovated.

Although this seems like it'll surpass what was done at the Cumberland Mall. I don't think the Cumberland Mall facelift and restaurant row outdoors was a billion dollar project. I would guess maybe $50 million at most.
