Okay, I can understand the embarrassment. However, imagine the embarrassment of being one of only 2 teams who have NEVER been to the World Series, and a team that for its first 14 seasons, never had a winning record.
It's offensive that you think we're embarrassed about the Braves single World Series win. The fact that they have won about a thousand league and division championships is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Frustrating maybe, hearbreaking probably, but embarrassing - no.

The Falcons had me worried today...I hope they can really make a run this year.

Actually, I got the conclusion from this quote:

I don't care what anybody says. 1 ring amongst all those pennants is embarassing

When Sid Bream came chugging around third in 1992, I said if he makes it I won't care if the Braves never do another dang thing.

Bream beats Bonds' throw

That was one of the best moments in Atlanta sports history - at least that I can remember.

I was at the game. It was a horrible call and they wouldn't replay it on the jumbo-tron. I'm sick and tired of these BS calls in baseball. I lost all faith in baseball that night and encouraged the throwing of debris on the field. It shows that Atlanta fans are passionate, it would have been worse if it was Wrigley, Fenway, or Citzens Bank Park. That was the worse call ever and what makes it worse are people that say their embarrassed by the fans. I have one question: if your such a big fan why weren't you at the Ted?

If I could have been there I would have. I was counting on the Braves to make it through and be playing the Nats. I would definitely had made it to one of those games.
