Hello friends,
We are in the market to buy a new king size mattress in Atlanta. So far we have seen the mattresses from macys,costco,jcpenney,sears... In all, costco seems little reasonable.Does anybody know where in Atlanta you get reasonable best quality mattresses.( I am looking for a firm mattress sealy/simmons).
Thanks.

We bought ours from The Original Mattress Company, and we're very happy with it. They make their own, so it won't be a Sealy or Simmons, but we tried alot of different matresses and liked this one the best.

Go to original mattress factory...really nice mattresses, and good price. I bought mine there about 2 months ago.

plus they're two-sided beds! you'd be surprised, most beds now are only one-sided.

I need to get a box spring (double) for a rarely used guest room bed that has a fairly new mattress. Are the above suggestions for mattress retailers also good sources for box springs? Also, how much should I expect to pay for a decent quality box spring?

Thanks!

DO NOT go to Mattress King!! They ripped me off on my mattress and I never got my money back.

I ended up at Mattress Firm and got a great deal on a mattress. That store is pretty good. Old Mattress Company is also very good, as suggested by folks here and others I have spoken with.

I like the Mattress Liquidator outlet store (not sure of the exact name) in downtown Duluth at the corner of Buford Hwy. and GA 120. We got a great king size mattress there for cheap.

We got a few mattresses from the original mattress factory as well. A king for us and two full size matresses for our kids. They are very comfortable and good quality. We are very happy with our purchases and would buy from there again.
