So, we went apartment hunting this past weekend and had mostly focused on Midtown. Some pretty nice properties and some undesirables. Even the best Midtown spots we liked were a little bit pricey and SMALL!!

We're thinking Bryson Square has the size, layouts, and neighborhood that would be good for the two of us and our dog, and it's only barely outside of Midtown (where my wife is now working).

Any thoughts or opinions on this property, the area around Peachtree & 26th, or other specific considerations?

I lived there from '08-'10 and I liked it. They have nice units and they have cool complex events like BBQ's and Hawks and Braves night where they would give away free tickets and rent a charter bus for the residents to go on. Plus the female to male ratio was ridiculous. I lived in the 5000 building and was literally the only dude on the floor. I loved it. Just don't let them move you into the 6000 building. Its noisy because it sits next to 75 and it doesn't have any elevators.
