They have an excellent rep here, and have for many years. I would not hesitate to purchase anything they built.
Yes - ITP or inside the Perimeter signifies within the I-285 belt. OTP of course means outside the Perimeter. You will hear this often in conversation & even see the Euro-style plates on vehicles with either/or.

A John Weiland home has a very good reputation and in my opinion is a good quality /well built home. But with any builder you should always hire a private inspector whether it is new construction or existing.
