The Gwinnett paper said the wait has recently been an hour in line to vote---but some neighbors today said they left because the line was so long it would have taken three hours (they arrived today at 10).

At least in DeKalb more places open on Monday. A friend voted in Tucker earlier this week and said she waited less than 10 minutes and the staff was so very nice. She highly recommended it.

Yep. I was pleasantly surprised. I went to Tucker and it was under 10 minutes. I heard Gwinnett only had 1 location at this point, whereas Dekalb has 3 or 4 available.

And I think three more opening next week. Can't remember exactly where they were -- but I can clearly see the post card I received. I think by next week there will be at least 6 open.

I kind of like voting on election day. I enjoy seeing the poll workers and vising in line. But if the line is too long, I might not enjoy it so much. I have to decide soon.

I'm thinking of voting tomorrow at the downtown Atlanta location. There are six voting precincts open tomorrow for Fulton county. Surely there's at least ten times that many county wide. Might be beter off voting on election day.

In the 2008 election I voted at the police precinct near Northlake in Dekalb. The wait was 1.5 hours. I probaly could have been in and out quicker if I had just voted on election day.

Hard to say which option will save me time.

About 30 mins at the Buckhead library. I'm just glad to get it over with. I am so tired of this election!
