Indeed. Please do provide us with a source for your claim that homeowners are exactly the same as renters. I'm guessing you won't even be able to find that claim in an unsourced polemical editorial. In fact, I guarantee you won't.

The odd thing is that you think arguing against simple observations enhances your credibility.

Married voters strongly and consistently pick Mitt Romney over President Barack Obama in this year’s presidential election, favoring the Republican 54 percent to 39 percent, according to a new poll Friday.
A Gallup analysis of their daily tracking polls from June, August and July found married voters are more like to support Romney “even after controlling for age, race, income, gender, education, religiosity, region, and whether a voter has minor children.”

As American becomes less cohesive and stable families becomes less common, Democrats gain voters. This explains why they want to subsidize single motherhood. As we all know, subsidizing any kind of behavior tends to produce more of it.

Don't worry, kids. As soon as Forsyth and Cherokee build more apartments, the dysfunction that's worked its way up from Atlanta to Roswell and Alpharetta will find its way there.

If that were the case we would not be in this mortgage crises with folks loosing their homes they couldn't afford. Doesn't sound responsible me.

Aside from that, the burden of proof is on you since you made the original claim. I simply disagreed but since you claimed it as fact you gotta have some sort of document and credible backing.

What if they lost thier home to foreclosure and can't get approved for a home? What if they are new to the area and aren't ready to buy?

Did you ever live in a apartment? You had a home since day one?
