Hello, before we start this i have been to a lot of threads that were similar like Atlanta vs Charlotte and i saw a lot of people fighting over which city they think is better i dont want any of that i just want to know about the places try to compare them. Ok so anyways we have a family we want a good school in a good location that's 50% white 25% asian 25% African-American kinda diverse. We want an area with low crime nice apartments around $850. There needs to be a walmart close by to work at. Things to do and not to far from the city because i'ma city person. Since charlotte is growing i think it may become a big city compared to atlanta. My family is closer to charlotte like 6hours away they live in frederick MD. Good colleges important cause we have kids oldest is 14 so in like 5-6 years he will be going to college so i want a place that has a lot of job opportunities. If i left something off just ask thanks.

I'm so sick and tired of these Charlotte and Atlanta comparison. The moderator will hopefully lock this one, since its already an active thread, that some are tired of.

Me too! And most of the time it's coming from ppl who just wanna "keep up conversation" and have no desire to relocate to either city.
