Can anyone give me an idea of what day to day local traffic is like in Woodstock? Things like running errands or taking kids to activities after school?

We drove around East Cobb, Roswell and Alpharetta when we visited but it was very congested on most of the roads and traffic really only seemed to relent from 10:30 am until 1pm.

Thanks for the input!

East Cobb, Roswell and Alpharetta all have a better network of roads than Woodstock. Disheartening isn't it?

It really depends on where you move though. Not necessarily to move based on proximity to parks, but all the areas you mention encompass an awful lot of acreage.

Roswell is much more congested traffic-wise than Alpharetta.

In our area of Alpharetta, traffic after about 9 am and before 2:30-3:00 pm is fine, until the school buses start coming through. Also, after rush hour is fine also. I think you'll find this same thing in most areas of Atlanta metro.
