‘Live-learn-play’ project planned in Gwinnett | www.ajc.com I'm not sure that linked correctly.

How do you think the metro area restaurant scene will change once these developments open?

Rode down Old Milton Pkwy last night and saw some construction being done where Avalon will be. So excited, it will be a really cool addition to the area.

Emory Pointe is probably the weakest development tenant wise

I feel like they don't know what they are doing. I never felt much excitement for that project. Other projects have a lot more of the "cool factor". They just don't quite seem hip like PCM or KSM.

I was thinking it was because of cost... My son and daughter-in-law were looking at them. A two BR going for 2200.00 just seemed ridiculously high to me (and them). When they pay less than 1200.00 just a few miles away.. It just seems their pricing themselves out of the market that they were hoping to attract? Or were we wrong?
