I say look in true Vinings--as you get older, Cobb gives an awesome tax break on property taxes. Do you really want to pay ATL city taxes forever? For a $1M home, you will be paying $20-30K every year for govt schools you don't use and services that are horrible.

Untitled document If your children are attending one of the big private schools, it is a central location to Westminster, Pace, Galloway and Lovett. There always seems to be a new crop of children in the neighborhood since it has good public schools too.
