Hi guys

I am planning on staying at the Hilton Suites in Dunwoody ( near the Perimeter Mall ) in the summer. I will be renting a car but may need a cab ride on one evening to get to Midtown to go Compound nightclub. How much do you think cab fair will be at night and how long will it take to get there? Thanks for your help guys.

Why not get a hotel in the city? It will be cheaper to get to the club. I would get a hotel in Midtown. If you like Compound on Saturday you will probably like Reign on Friday night. The clubs are owned by the same person. Reign is in Midtown and Compound is in West Midtown

Midtown hotels are super expensive, we are flying in from London and we are trying to stay in a good location without paying over the odds, we will be arriving on Saturday then flying to Miami on the following Friday so I will miss out on Reign. Can you name a good priced hotel that is nice in Midtown?

Go to Expedia.com

Check out rooms in the Smyrna/Vining/Cumberland Mall area because they are cheaper than Dunwoody but still nice

Are they closer to Midtown and Buckhead?

You can stay in Dunwoody and use MARTA to get from the Airport to the Perimeter hotels, they all have shuttles to the stations, and Downtown/Midtown. That will save you a lot of money.

The distance is about the same. Dunwoody has more traffic plus a 50 cent.toll

Hotel Indigo, which is near The Fox, and Atlanta Midtown Marriott Suites (next to the Four Seasons on 14th street).
