Check the Mariposa Lofts. Mariposa Lofts
Mariposa Lofts are way too trendy and quite honestly doesn't really have the luxury finishes that I am looking for. Sort of feels like young, student-ish apartments. Totally open to more suggestions! Thanks so much!

I keep leaning towards Gables Sheridan but no one seems to be showing it any love. Gables Century Center has better pricing but it's about 10-15 minutes away from Buckhead/Midtown and everyone keeps telling me thats too far.

I remember the last time I was there I seen a unit at Amli Old Fourth Ward...2 story apartment. Rooms upstairs, living area and kitchen downstairs and it was pretty spectacular but I wasn't too fond of the area at the time. This was in 2010...has the area changed much since then?

I don't know about Gables but ur best bet for luxury finishes is going to be a condo rental. For example, I lived in Buckhead and had granite countertops in my kitchen but the refrigerator was black, not stainless, and there was no jacuzzi tub, like you want. To be honest, if u want luxury like that, you will be hard pressed to find an apartment complex built and laid out with all that. I would hire a company to locate a sweet condo rental for me and leave it at that.
