PCM is opening spring 2014 so i'd expect them to start pre-leasing them pretty soon. the page says late summer.

Still think Condos are the way to go. They will have a head start over everyone on new supply. Prices of condos are soaring right now.

Agree, and who knows? Jamestown may well rethink this plan.

The Flats at Ponce City Market are offering short term rentals
Quote:
Officials with the Flats at Ponce City Market, the development’s residential component, announced a collaboration this week with Atlanta Luxury Rentals to operate short-term rentals in the reimagined landmark, a former 1920s Sears, Roebuck & Co. distribution center.

For rates beginning at $180 per night, guests can claim flats ranging from studios to three-bedrooms—for a minimum of three days or up to several months.

Hi everyone!

If you park near to where the Kroger used to be, do they still ticket cars? I was thinking of parking there for the Ponce City Market. If they do ticket still, where exactly are the self pay "on foot" parking areas for PCM?

I got booted for parking in the lot behind Green’s a while back. You can park for free on the streets that go through O4W Park.

Okay...from the sound of that, I need to check out the restaurants/fast food places there. I guess it was a mistake to assume I would be able to find affordable options there. Thanks for the heads up.

In general it is going to be pricier than average. Expect ~$15 entrees at most of the stalls & restaurants. But there are some relatively affordable options you can make work like food and drinks for four people for less than $50 by getting a growler of beer from The Tap and fried chicken from Hop's.
