That is disappointing. The possible addition of SCAD was the most exciting part of the project to me. This sounds like its more like, "Eh, it may happen". Oh well.

Louisiana is third in North America. More than five state reports listing audited spending amounts have confirmed this. Direct production spending in Georgia hasn't been over $800 million, yet. It has not crossed $1 billion and no, it was not declared no. 3. Also, $600 million spent in New Orleans. NO is a city, not the entire state of Georgia. The NO spending amount doesn't include all of the spending in BR and the rest of the state. BR also host the largest budget movies.
