I would suppose with more people living in North Fulton than there were in 1990 or so, there can be more clout from that side of the county vs. Atlanta vs. South Fulton. Honestly, I don't follow the county level politics to know much about it. Fulton county is not run efficiently, and because of that, their case can be strong for some change within the local government. I guess it is a wait and see what happens.
