What less-competitive intown sports rec-leagues are available (mostly soccer, but open to other sports) in the Grady HS area for 8 and 9 year-olds. Also does anyone know of a resource for finding summer camps for the same, and when do they start filling up?

AYSA for soccer - they have a regular league and an academy league for the hyper-competive. Also look to churches and YMCA's for sports including, but not exclusively, soccer.

Basketball - your local Y, Haygood UMC in Morningside, St. Paul UMC in Grant Park.

Baseball - Druid Hills Youth Sports (Decatur) for the more-competitive and Grant Park baseball for the less-competitive.

I sure there's others, but these I know of and can recommend.
