Like Groupon and Living Social, nCrowd (formerly Half Off Depot) offers daily deals at local restaurants, auto shops, travel services and spas. In return for the extra foot traffic it sends the business, nCrowd splits the value of the voucher with the merchant.
nCrowd has leased 3,000 square feet atAtlanta Tech Village , a 100,000 square foot building that curves around the Piedmont and Lenox road intersection.
Atlanta Tech Village is drawing the attention of the city's economic developers, real estate brokers and startups — all of whom have toured the space and been briefed on Cummings' plans.
Orlando-based bitcoin payment processor BitPay recently relocated its headquarters to Atlanta Tech Village.
