Hi, I've come across a apartment in midtown. The 2 BR home is about $1200. Has anyone know about Post Renaissance? How good is this location from security perspective?

If no kids and you want to be closer to downtown and access to I-75, consider Buckhead or Midtown/Ansley Park or Morningside. Very short commutes to downtown and access to I-75. You may be able to find something for $1,000 but it's likely to be older with no amenities and not so fancy. A nice 2 bdrm at that size usually starts at around $1100 or $1200.
