Default What does the rental market look like in Atlanta?

I live in East Point, looking to move into a bigger home but hang onto my 2/2 bungalow and have renters for a few more years - we're just not ready to sell. What experience have any of you had with renting in the Atlanta area? How's the rental market doing around here?

Though I don't have rental property, I think you can do very well. Case-in point- With the mortgage fallout crisis going on alot of people can't get qualified for loans. So they have to rent, and they want a home to rent. The last thing they want to do is go back to an apartment. The apartment industry is starting to take advantage of this- you can see monthly rents and occupancy rates are starting to tick back up again. The ol' supply and demand theory at its finest.
