Default Builder's Contract

I am purchasing a spec/inventory home in a new subdivision in Henry county; I am not using an agent, do I have to use the builder's contract or can I request to use the Georgia Association of Realtors contract?

You can request whatever you want, but the builder doesn't have to agree to it. Most new home sales, even when a realtor is involved, are done on the builder's contract.
