I need advise on finding a nice/safe nieghborhoods in Atlanta? (Buckhead: condos, townhomes)

You really need to narrow your search- besides the term "affordable" ITP is very slim pickin's. And Walmarts are like gas stations theres one on almost every corner. And if theres not one- theres probably a huge empty box on the corner that was a Walmart.
If "affordable" to you is less than 200k go-OTP.

You need to provide more information if you want relevant suggestions. What is your price range? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need? Are you set on a single family home or would you look at townhomes and condos? If your commute to work will be an issue, in what part of town do you work?

Well, I am looking only for a single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 baths, a family room, and a huge kitchen, with a garage. I am got approved for 100k. I would like to be near Marta, just in case anything happens to my car I can still get to work. I currently work in the Buckhead area near Phipps.

I'm afraid that you won't find a house for 100k anywhere.
