Don't forget that State Farm is adding up to 8,000 jobs in the Perimeter area. Developer, KDC of Dallas, TX has broken ground on the new 585,000 square foot, 13 story facility near MARTA transit with plans to add up to 2.2 million square feet of other office space in the near future (
State Farm Opts for Atlanta Transit Over Sprawl | Streetsblog USA ).
If Atlanta expands its rail system, imagine how many more companies would be moving/expanding here.
