Hi, can anyone tell me about the neighborhood in Fayetteville and the new homes at Grove Park. They seem like beautiful homes and wanted to know the pros and cons of buying in their, if any. Thanks a lot.

It's right across the street from Lowe's on the main Fayetteville highway. Don't know if I would like living that close to the ghetto Fayette Pavilion but the homes are super nice in that neighborhood. My friend was the starting agent when the neighborhood was built back in 2006-2007 then the builder went bust. I guess someone else brought it and they are now building more homes. You will be close to everything and if you have kids they will go to Fayette County High..
